Hi,
We have installed OTRS 3.3 beta 2. We added different ticket types in type dropdown in which on of the value is 'ServiceDelivery'.
Now we want to add some dynamic fields which will be shown only in case if TicketType 'ServiceDelivery' is selected, else this field will not be visible.
Can you please help us on how we set the visibility of this 'DynamicField' which is dependent on TicketType.
