Hi,
I'm so sorry for such a simple question, but I have difficulty using the following option "priority" in groups or roles.
While not giving permission "priority" for the user in a particular group, it still manages to change the "priority" of the incidents linked to group/queue.
How to make the agents can not change the priority and impact of an incident?
Tnks,
Petrushenko, Alexander

Re: Priority ACL
group membership for priority interface plugin, plus do not include priority in interfaces the users have access to.

Re: Priority ACL
Tnks for the quick response Crythias.
But i don't understand... is not possible to lock so that agents do not change the priorities of the incidents?
I review group membership ACL, and the agent do not have "priority" flag, but he still change priority in the incidents.

Re: Priority ACL
I'm not sure one way or another. If the module is in sysconfig and allows permissions, then yes.Petrushenko wrote:is not possible to lock so that agents do not change the priorities of the incidents?
