Add dynamic fields

Hi,

What will the feature add on provided by OTRS for adding dynamic fields.

We tried to add dynamic fields from the frontend and for web interface interface settings I tried these setting in Config files, but as we required approx. 20 dynamics fields too be added. so the best way is to use feature add on provided by OTRS.

Can anyone gives input on this.
