Show service in Queue View

Show service in Queue View

Hi guys,

In Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::TicketOverview I am able to configure Ticket::Frontend::OverviewSmall###DynamicField so that I can display columns with Dynamic Fields at the queue view, but this only applies to Dynamic Fields. But how do I enable "Service" to show has a column at the Queue View? Since it's not a Dynamic Field, can't enable it.

Any tips would sure be helpful.

switch to 3.3 (after final release)

Hi wurzel, we do have a support contract and have already used the Feature Add Ons included there but the "MyServices" Feature Add On does not exactly does what we want.

Since 90% of our tickets are created by email the idea here is to easily allow the Agents to detect tickets whose Service or SLA haven't been classified yet. With a column showing the service of a specific ticket they can easily detect tickets in their queues that haven't been classified.
