Customization of Auto Templates / Auto Responses
Can we customize auto templates by adding excel sheets and word documents in otrs. Example : When a ticket is logged, an automated email should be sent to the user with an excel sheet. The user fills in the form and sends it across for the relevant access. Word doc or excel sheets like HR forms, SAP forms and Medical Forms.

Host the docs and link to them.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
