"Process Scheduler is registered but can not be running"

Hi, I updated the version from otrs 3.2.10 to 3.3.1. All ocurred well, but, now, I received messages in dashboard from otrs like "Process Scheduler is registered but can not be running".
I restarted the process and executed the script otrs.Scheduler.pl, but dont work.
This messages show me every 1 minute after force the reboot the process.
Can somebody help?
I use CENTOS 6.4.

Hello,

I used rpm package to install the OTRS. This process is not automatic?

I followed the instalation doc, but dont working, the message is displayed every minute.
