[SOLVED] Change Criticality numbers in OTRS

Post by xax0 »

Hello there,
I am quite new to OTRS and we are making it work the way we are currently working. That's why I want to change Service> Criticatliy
change_criticality_of_service.jpg
as you can see from the image Criticality is in the order 1 very low, 2 low, 3 normal, 4 high, 5 very high. I want to make it vice-versa 1 very high, 2 high, etc. etc.

thanks a lot for your help.

One possible way is to use a custom English Translation.

viewtopic.php?f=61&t=12290#p47838 (change '1 very low' translation to '5 very high').
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thank you both of you. I found it easier to change the Dynamic Fields values and it suddenly works :D
