Hi,
OTRS version 3.3.1, ITSM 3.3.1, Vmware Virtual System 4GB ram with ubuntu inside.
problem with new ticket creation, submit page sometimes takes ~30s or more to close, why, how can i speed it up.
If I manually close page just after submitting new ticket, I see everything is working as supposed, new ticket is created, so why that window is not closing after 1-3s,\
I dont know where to look, no errors in logs

Likely there are issues on sending email notification.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
