OTRS entfernt Anhänge

Guten Morgen,
wenn ich meine Support Postfächer abrufe, entfernt mir OTRS im Ticket die Anhänge. An was kann das liegen?

Das macht OTRS eigentlich nicht. Was sind das für Anhänge (haben die alle einen bestimmten Namen, sind die von einem bestimmten Typ)? Kannst Du ausschließen, dass der Mailserver das schon macht?

Es handelt sich ganz normal um PDFs und so. Bis Freitag hat er es ohne Probleme gemacht.

Hast Du den Mailserver mal geprüft? Hast Du Code-Änderungen vorgenommen oder Module installiert? Was hat sich seit Freitag geändert?

Da einzigste, was wir geändert haben ist die VMware geclont auf eine größere Platte. Aber auch am Freitag ging es ohne Probleme.

Taucht was in den Logs auf? Hast Du eine Testumgebung, in der Du das Verhalten nachstellen kannst? Hast Du eine Originalmail (inkl. Anhang) als Quelltext vorliegen? Dann könntest Du die zum Test mal eine Mail "per Hand" (cat <Mailbody> | perl bin/otrs.PostMaster.pl, wobei <Mailbody> der Pfad zur Datei mit dem Mailquelltext ist) reinschieben.

Ihr speichert die Anhänge auf Platte, richtig? Stimmt die Einstellung in der SysConfig noch? Habt ihr das <OTRS_HOME>/var/article/ Verzeichnis mit umgezogen? Passen die Berechtigungen? Was sagen die Logs?
