hello I finished install OTRS on ubuntu 12.04.3 server and i have problem with emails. I just forget my password and when i use option to request new one I can't use that because OTRS don't send emails to ma emailbox.
When I use module in /opt/otrs/bin ./otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl It tells me connection to pop3.server-example.pl is clossed
What can I do ?. Is it in u files problem ? I Should edit some-files ?
Can someone give me advice ?

You can use the script bin/otrs.SetPassword.pl to set a new password.

Ok i get back my password so I succeed login in otrs panel but i still have problem with reciving emial in mail box. I checked the account email settings at admin panel --> Mail Accounts.
I think the problem in other side, with sending emails. So my questin is where i aon find options obout smtp, and tls of smtp.
