State changing issue from pending to close

Hi,

I am using otrs 3.3.4 and the description of my issue is :

When I change state to 'pending auto close+' or any other 'pending' state, after the pending time, state is not changing to closed. Pending time is going into minus. When I ran the command ./otrs.PendingJobs.pl manually, It works. How can it work automatically? I am using 5 mins in pending time, is this a problem as '/otrs.PendingJobs.pl' runs in every 2 hrs by default ?

as you said the cron runs every 2 hours. If you need it shorter you need to change the schedule.

But 5 mins odf pending auto close are not really a value which makes any sense

thanks for the reply, but my ticket is not closed after 2 hrs also. how can I start cron jobs to run automatically?
