Changing the To: field in new ticket form
I have been banging my head against this for a while. How do i change the word "To:" to something else?
OTRS 3.1.7 in production on Linux with MySQL database.

Custom language file.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
