User is unable to receive feedback survey form using OTRS.
we have configured that, once the ticket is close so after that user automatically receive the feedback survey forum but now user is unable to receive feedback survey form email.
i have noticed in the System logs this error "Can't create PID PostMasterMailbox, because it's already running" please advise.

Summary: It's already running.
Your automated cron job for PostMasterMailbox is running multiple times. Like once as root and once as otrs. OR the pid file is created and can't be deleted under a specific user context (permissions).
