Hi All,
What is the default time set in otrs before a reminder is sent to the agent about the ticket which needs action? and how can I change the reminder time as per I need ?
We don't want to setup escalation, it is just about sending a reminder email to agents when ticket reaches a time where no action is taken.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Create a job in Generic Agent which filter all the ticket which were created before 3 days and change their state to "pending reminder" in the ticket action. Thanks crythias!
