Set Sla automatically

I would like to know if it's possible to set sla automatically when customer set a service ?

Hello,
I have try to use it but if sla is not already set, the genericAgent do nothing and ticket with a service but no sla stay without sla.

The default SLA is whatever the queue says, btw.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

The configuration of a queue has SLA fields, which apply if the ticket doesn't have SLA.
