otrs installer.pl problem

Hello,
I am new to otrs and wanted to try it out but ran in to problem. When I try to configure everything using /otrs/installer.pl a few first steps everything okey but at step 3 page css or something breaks, buttons become inactive, whole style breaks, if you go to index.pl same thing there.

whats os? otrs version? database?
error log should be good for us to assist u..

1. permission
2. or DBD:mysql is not installed? please check /opt/otrs/otrs.CheckModules.pl

otrs version 3.3.5
DBD:mysql installed

Ubuntu??
the log should be at /var/log/apache2/error.log or /var/log/apache2/error.log

i always follow otrs doc http://doc.otrs.org/3.2/en/html/installation.html
