OTRS and Oracle RAC database

Hi,

We have installed the new version of OTRS 3.3.5 on a brand new Centos server, and instead of mysql as database we are using an Oracle 11g R2 RAC database. But we are having an issue. When setting up the database connection in the OTRS web page, we have to connect to one specific node by specifying the hostname, DB name and port. We cannot use the new SCAN listener feature introduced in Oracle 11g R2.

Has anybody tried to install OTRS using an oracle 11g RAC database to store all the data? If so are you using the SCAN listener and how did you amange to set it up or are you connecting directly to one instance of your RAC?
