scheduler isn't running

Hi,

I've got following issue, the running Version I have is 3.3.6 but it displays that the scheduler isn't running.
I already tried to start it via OTRS, Windows Services and with the script, which lies in the \bin directory.
The otrs.Scheduler4winInstaller displays an error message:Can´t locate Win32/Deamon.pm in...........
Another problem is that I can't edit tickets, close or make notes.

Hope you guys can help me.
