Hi,
I have problem with ticket escalations. Once when ticket escalate, I receive email notification about its escalation.
Then, every day I am getting same email notification about escalation until I close ticket.
How to set up escalation notify to get notified ONCE when ticket escalate and stop getting same emails every day?

this is working as designed. If you not solve the cause for the escalation you will be reminded on this every day as you still have work to do

If you get escalation notices, you are in danger of violating your SLA, and likely have. Which means that you're being pestered because you're theoretically going to be penalized for the violation.
It you don't need the SLA don't use it.
