Hi,
I performed the OTRS Appliance Manager under the Admin tab and then I went to the system log. I found the following error log. I can reach the given URL without problem. Any idea?
Can't perform GET on http://otrs.org/product.xml?Product=OTRS-3.3.5: 500 Can't connect to otrs.org:80 (Bad hostname)
