Is it possible to create multiple tickets from a process ticket? if i understand process tickets, its only one.
But Id like to create process tickets that drop multiple tickets into different queues. e.g. removing a user from multiple systems supported by different groups.
OTRS 3.3.5 with LDAP auth for agent and customer
Windows 2008 R2
MySQL out of the box

this would require development
