Access to MySQL Database (OTRS Appliance)

Hi,

I'm new with OTRS and looking now for a chance to access the MySQL-DB from the Appliance (Version 3.3.7)
When I use PUTTY I return an Error (File not found) when i try "mysql"
When I try to Access via phpmyadmin I can't connect via LAN ...

Is here anybody who can help me?
