I have admin privileges in my OTRS 3.2.1 but when I'm trying to take bulk actions, I get the below error message (I have admin privileges). Is there something that I can do via sysconfig?

Re: Module Kernel::Modules::AgentTicketBulk not registered
you are at the buggiest and least secure of the 3.2.x release. Please upgrade to 3.2.latest. This should roughly be an in place extract/run permissions but read UPGRADING.md for exact steps.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
