When one of my users updates a ticket the From column in the Article List view shows the name of the person logging the ticket initially instead of the agent that has updated it. Is there anything in sysconfig that can change this?
Im currently using 3.3.1 as I need to nail down the upgrade process before I change.

Thank you. That looks like the one. I was looking for the change logs to see if it had been raised already.
