Show / Hide states based on roles
Is it possible to display certain states only to users with a certain OTRS role. For example, there are two states ABC and XYZ, both are of state type open. Can the the view of state XYZ be restricted to agents with administrative roles?
OTRS 3.3.x (private/testing) on Windows Server 2008 with MSSQL database.

The docs say yes. What have you tried that disagrees with it?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
