Is it possible to split process ticket or initiate another process from process ticket?
For example, I have process for creation of a new user. HR could choose access for which systems this new user will need.
Then different ticket for each system could go through it's own workflow. Ticket for each system could be closed successful or unsuccessful (approved or denied).

no it is no module for split or create available in standard code.
There are some community developments, but as far as I know, not certified.
(and I did never test them)
