Please,
There are a step by step about how to do this?
I did this way:
- Backup c:\programfiles\otrs\otrs
- Uninstall Otrs
- Install ActivePerl-5.16.3.1604
- Install -otrs-3.3.8-win-installer-3.0.6
- Copy files from backup to c:\otrs\otrs
This does not work, there are something missing or wrong? Any help will be welcome

up to 3.2.latest, then 3.3.latest, and read UPGRADING from each version.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
