Fehler bei OTRS-Cron "otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl"

Ich habe eine ähnliches Problem, nach einem Update von OTRS 3.2.10 auf 3.3.8, bekomme ich immer folgende Fehler Meldung:

Ich habe wie jojo vorgeschlagen in die SYS Config nachgeschaut, und nach closed successful gesucht, und unter PostMaster::PreFilterModule###1-SystemMonitoring steht:

schlüssel: CloseActionState 
Inhalt: closed successful

Kann mir jemand bitte helfen, und mir sagen wo das Problem liegen konnte!

Such nach "erfolgreich geschlossen" in der Config. Es gibt keinen Status mit diesem Namen
