Internet explorer 8 too old

Hello everyone. I have a problem and need your help. We are using otrs 3.3.8 in our company.

Problem is that a lot of computers in our company uses internet explorer 8 , but otrs send notification that browser is too old. I fixed this problem when turned off compatibility mode as you said in other posts. But I can't use this method because if I turn of compatability mode other web sites that we need to use in our company wont work properly... So is there any way to use IE8 and don't turn off internet explorer compatability mode? I mean if I can to edit something in otrs html head code or something ?

no, there is no waay to use it in compatibility mode.

Really no ? It's very big problem in your company , maybe we could edit our theme or css styles tosolve this ?

This problem also apeears with internet explorer 11 ,do we also need to disable compatability mode in it ?
