Preserving CC list on ticket updates

I'm running the appliance version and I'm having an issue with CC list stripping. Is there a setting I'm missing that forces all ticket updates to automatically include the original CC list? Anything beyond the original submission is only going to the sender and not to the entire CC list.

Disregard this. Turns out it was a training issue with a new agent.
