statistic (Customers/Client not separated by tkt)

Hi! I tried to do a statistic of the following:

Customers/Client with more hours in the ORTS (hours of work in the ticket) but not divided by tkt or
  not separated by tkt hours.

Currently showing me:

Client - Total time (hours)

Client1 - 2
Client1 - 5
Client3 - 1
Client2 - 1
Client3 - 4

I want to:

Client - Total time (hours)
Client1 - 7
Client2 - 1
Client3 - 5
