HTML tags from <OTRS_CUSTOMER_Body>

Hallo

We use <OTRS_CUSTOMER_Body> in the auto response and it works fine (quoted message mail client).
We would like to use it also in each response sent to the client, so that each mail response contained a question asked by the client. Unfortunately, attempts to use <OTRS_CUSTOMER_Body> in response template generates a text message with html tags.

I was looking for a solution on Google, but found nothing.

Here in the forum, in thread Response - Close ticket problem jojo wrote to install the latest version of OTRS.
OK, but my administrators politics is: "We use possibly the oldest, most proven software version". So, can anyone of you know what version solves this problem?

Now we use OTRS version 3.1.10 on Linux Ubuntu 12.0.4 with Apache 2.2.22

regardless to you policy you should always use the latest stable version which is 3.3.9

also, you're 11 releases behind the most secure version of 3.1.
