Hello!
I've recently upgraded OTRS help desk from version 3.3 to 4 beta 3.
It is running on CentOS 6 with MySQL db.
One of the main reasons for the upgrade was the "Direct reply" option for tickets, however after the upgrade next to the Forward button I still have a drop-down menu with "- Reply -" written in it which does absolutely nothing.
I was wondering if there are any steps I must take to enable direct reply or it is something that had to change automatically?

there will be no direct reply for tickets. The concept of having adropdown with different replies per Queue will stay.
OTRS4 has the possibility to "reply" to internal notes.
