Module Kernel/System/Stats/Static/FAQAccess.pm not found
I migrated our OTRS 3.2.1 running on Windows 2003 server to OTRS 3.3.10 running on CentOS6.5
Migrating the MySQL system database went fine (incl version upgrade scripts).
Remaining problem is : /var/log/messages is flooded with this error message :
OTRS-CGI-10[2036]: [Error][Kernel::System::Stats::GetObjectBehaviours][Line:1543]: Module Kernel/System/Stats/Static/FAQAccess.pm not found/could not be loaded!
The file is not present indeed.
Did I miss something ? Should I manually add it ? I yes, where do I find it ?

Re: Module Kernel/System/Stats/Static/FAQAccess.pm not found
Fair enough.
Unfortunately however, I cannot find any link explaining how to post-install this missing FAQ-module.
CheckModules.pl is only reporting DBD::Oracle, DBD::Pg and Encode::HanExtra (as we have no Oracle, nor PostgreSQL, nor Chinese characters).
Via Otrs.org I have downloaded the latest FAQ-4.0.1.omp package, but following the install instructions on http://itsm-demo.otrs.com/otrs/public.p ... ;ItemID=46, I only obtain the message that opm.pl is not found....
Any directions on how to proceed are highly appreciated !

The script is named otrs.PackageManager.pl since OTRS 3.0

Re: Module Kernel/System/Stats/Static/FAQAccess.pm not found
Thanks Crythias,
I opened the Admin tab, System Administration -> Package Manager, where I found errors for 2 modules not correctly installed : FAQ and Support.
So I proceeded with [Reinstall] for the FAQ module.
Ended up with this error : Backend ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.10.1 OS: linux Time: Mon Dec 8 16:32:16 2014
Message: Sorry, can't install/upgrade package, because the framework version required by the package (3.2.x;) does not match your Framework (3.3.10)!
So, I attempted to [Uninstall] the module.
However this produced a scary message like :
Uninstallation Information
FAQ 2.2.1 - ATTENTION
If you uninstall this package, all database tables that were created during installation will be deleted. All data from these tables will be irrevocably lost!
The groups 'faq' and 'faq_admin' that were created during package installation will be deactivated. You can activate these groups again in the admin area.
((enjoy)) [Continue] or [Cancel]
As we have never used the FAQ module so far, safe to go ahead and continue uninstall ?
Will the Package Manager afterwards automatically detect the now missing FAQ module, start downloading it, and propose to let it install ?

If you haven't use the FAQ, you can uninstall it. But it won't detect it as a "missing" module. If you want to install it (why? you said, you haven't used it) you have to download it or activate the repository in the SysConfig.

Re: Module Kernel/System/Stats/Static/FAQAccess.pm not found
Okay, I want to update to the current version. But clicking [Reinstall] in Package Manager, for the affected module, is showing that Message: Sorry, can't install/upgrade package, because the framework version required by the package (3.2.x;) does not match your Framework (3.3.10)!
This was obtained for the second module Support 1.4.4 - Package not correctly deployed? Please reinstall the package.
I manually downloaded the .opm package from the otrs.org site, but what do I have to do so that the Package Manager will find it, and use this updated version ?
Why did the Package Manager not update my FAQ 2.2.1 and Support 1.4.4 to the latest versions, corresponding my actual currently running framework 3.3.10 ? (It did find all the other modules, so there is no proxy issue...)

Re: Module Kernel/System/Stats/Static/FAQAccess.pm not found
Do not *reinstall* but *upgrade*.
If you have downloaded the opm files, you can upload them in the PackageManager.
You can set the repositories in the SysConfig. If you have configured your repositories, the package manager should find updates...

Re: Module Kernel/System/Stats/Static/FAQAccess.pm not found
I solved the problem as follows:
Admin --> System Administration : Package Manager
at the left, hit [Update Repository Information]
Only now, the newer versions for the failing (outdated) packages are appearing in a window "Online Repository" -- as opposed to "Local Repository" listing the outdated packages.
In the Online Repository window, select the package, click [Reinstall], and off you go.
Repeat for any package offering reinstall (i.e. with more recent version)
