First, my apologies up front - I'm sure this has been addressed but I haven't been able to find it.
Our production system is not showing 'pending' tickets in Queue View.
Our test system is.
I've run DIFF checks until my eyes are crossed - I cannot figure out why production is not showing 'pending' -- it should be.
Can someone point me in the right direction? There must be a SysConfig setting I've missed somewhere..............

Removed 'pending reminder' from ViewableStates
Added it back in
