Hi
I'm trying to split incoming email sent to two mail addresses into separated queues.
In my case one email is sent from user to two emails like (two emails in recpipient field):
queue1@test.com
queue2@test.com
I managed to create two ticket by configuring two mailboxes from which otrs is downloading emails.
I was not able to split it into two separated queues by using PostMaster Filter Management.
Created tickets always getting in to one queue.
How can i split one email sent to two email adresses into two tickets in sepparated queue?

You cannot. On purpose.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thx for reply.
Is it possible that in newer version of OTRS splitting email into two queues is possible.
I'm thinking about upgrade and i'm not sure if it helps me to achieve my goal.
Best Regards
M

No. And generally not necessary. The only practical way to do this is to do as you did: two email boxes that route separately.
