Forward template not working without richtext

Hi,
today I tried to create forward template and to my surprise I found that I am unable to get it working without enabled rich text editor. Without enabling it all I get is only original text with something like this:

Your Ticket-Team

I consider this rather strange since when I create reply/answer template everything is working even without rich text enabled. Is there any way to get forward template working without rich text editor?
Oh and also I am using OTRS 3.3.7.

its is working, just i modified GenericAgent.pm file i uncommented the escalation part in that then notification mails are sending now.
