Make a mandatory Dynamic field non-mandatory for a ticket type

Hi,

I am using OTRS 3.3.9. I was trying to implement a small functionality. I have a dynamic field and we are using this field as mandatory for Note, Close, free fields window. I have some ticket types, but for one of these types, I want this field as non mandatory. It is possible with development, but When I am trying to remove class 'Mandatory' for this field in javascript code, after click on submit button, this field again become mandatory and show me error. Can anyone please help me if I am doing something wrong?
