Hallo zusammen,
es gibt ja in OTRS 4 auch einen Webservice für ConfigItems. Leider kann OTRS aus einem Webservice ja keine wsdl-Datei generieren (URL?wsdl). Hat jemand da schon was damit gemacht? Oder wisst ihr, wo ich eine entsprechende wsdl finde (analog zum GenericTicketconnector.wsdl)?
