Upgrade OTRS 4.0.3 to Patch level 7 Error

after my upgrade, i have this error in my log:

More information, i have a bug with the french translation, all the button doesn't work in the zoom view of all tickets but in english all work fine.

I don't know what i need to do, if someone can help me please ?
