how to see the list of rejected tickets in OTRS.

please explain "rejected" ticket.

Why do you offer services on software you don't have knowledge on?

...neither you answered Jens' question what do you mean with "rejected tickets".

BTW: if you desperately need to show this feature to your client, you should consider participating in some sort of OTRS-Admin training - just my $0,02

Sir,
rejected tickets means which are rejected at the time of respond by agent (when agent adding a decision).

So the agent sets the form field "Decision" to value "rejected"? If so, just perform a ticket search. If the dynamic field is not contained in the list of ticket attributes, go to SysConfig and add the field to "AgentTicketViewSearch###DynamicFields" (or something like that)..
