Notifications(Event), ArticleCreate, duplicate body of the notifications

Hi to all, I have some problem with the creation of event based notifications.

In Admin panel -> Notifications (Event) -> Add notifications I created a new notification, the event selected is ArticleCreate. I put in the notifications text box the following strings:
Da: <OTRS_CUSTOMER_From>
Cc: <OTRS_CUSTOMER_To>

When the event was triggered the email that arrived to my inbox is one that I have attached.

The body is duplicate.. Anyone could tell me why?
