I have created a new queue, assigned to a new group. Then I tried to post a ticket to it from the customer new ticket page. I did not fined the queue in the queue list.
I've done some research in the topic, without enabling the customer-group association, which I do not want to use at the moment.
Finally I set the group for the queue to the "users" group and I checked the customer new ticket page again, and I fond the queue in the list.
Is this the intended operation or I should see the new que whatever gorup belongs to?
