Hello OTRS friends,
I'm trying to implement an SLA for a customer and would like to automatically send them a report that informs them about the different response times of the ticket, so they know if we respected the SLA (or not).
Is it possible to use FirstResponse and SolutionTime (which are available in the statistics section!) in a Notification like this: <OTRS_TICKET_FirstResponse>?
Where does FirstResponse and SolutionTime from the statistics section come from? I can't seem to find them in the DB.

But most of those escalation fields don't seem to return any values...
