Is it possible in an easy way when you press the Customerbutton in ticket, to have the Field CustomerID to lookup current CustomerIDs`?
And the second question i have is if it is possible in the same field have "Create Customer", for example if you type in a CustomerID and no hit is discovered, then the agent should have the possibility to create the Customer with a button?
