Hi
How do I set up, so that im only getting a email notification on changes in a ticket if "im the owner of the ticket" ?
I do not want to get email notifications of all the other tickets in my queues who are owned by other people.
So just a notification if there is no owner and if im the owner of the ticket
How do I set that up?

Everyone will get notified who has preferences notification yes AND queue highlighted in My Queues if the ticket is unlocked. This is by design. "hey, you know that queue you're monitoring? In it, a ticket nobody has locked has been updated. Maybe you might want to address it."
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
