Hi!
We are using LDAP authentication on customers.
However, we have users from different OUs.
If we assign the whole OU, is there away to blacklist others users who are part of that OU but we do not want to include?
Is there a way to blacklist /whitelist specific users that are part of the whole OU?
Thank you.
Sample Scenario: My customers come from: the whole OU=A then some users from OU=B and OU=C.
I dont need the whole OU=B and C, I just need to take some users from there.

Yes, you can use a filter with the whole power of LDAP to exclude entries.

I'd suggest group membership.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
