FAQ screenshot direct pasting and save issue

Hi,

I am using OTRS ITSM 3.3.12. When I try to save a screenshot in text box of FAQ, sometimes it has been added and sometimes not! I am using IE 11. It seems to me that screenshot size is the issue. Is there any way to fix this so that I paste an image of any size in the text box and it resizes automatically or save it as it is?

Makes sense, as this is intermittent.

You might check attachment size limits or look into a third party CKEditor option or otherwise host and embed the image check img.
