Output csv in windows format

The CSV exported from OTRS is output in unix format, i.e. the end of line character is Lf and not Cr Lf. How can I make the OTRS to output the correct EOL character
OTRS 3.3.x (private/testing) on Windows Server 2008 with MSSQL database.
OTRS 3.3.x (private/testing) on CentOS with MySQL database and apache
