determine OTRS Version

Dear experts

I was updating the Sandbox system from version 4.0.8 to 4.0.10.
After the update I checked the /var/otrs/RELEASE document and version 4.0.10 was displayed.
Whilst checking via web interface Admin -> Service Center -> also Version 4.0.10 is displayed.

There was an error message saying that the OTRSApplianceManagement 4.0.3 needed to be reinstalled.
I went to the Admin section -> Package management and resinstalled the OTRSApplianceManagement 4.0.3 (current status is installed).

After checking again the RELEASE file I can see the old version listed: 4.0.8. The web administration is still displaying OTRS-Version (4.0.10)
Now I'm confused. Which version is installed?
